Ease out aches and pains, stress and tension with either a pre-conception massage and guided relaxation techniques. A pregnancy massage, in any trimester or a post-natal massage to help you feel more like your self again.
Maternity Reflexology
Keep your body in a happy and natural state of balance, gain a greater understanding of the changes your body is going through and create a happy internal nest for your baby with Maternity Reflexology.
Bumps Birthing - Preparing for Birth Classes
Teaching couples how to use Massage, Reflexology, Active Birthing and Relaxation in preparation for birth. Our classes explore the physiological needs of a Womens body during labour and teaches you effective techniques to support and encourage a natural birth.
We are based within the Orchard Centre close to Sheffield City Centre and have appointments available Monday to Saturday.
